Friends, while my run for the United States Congress came to an end last November, the important issues in which to engage continue on — and We the People are the ones to make our voices heard! My grounding remains strong in this simple principle:

Family, friends, and community are what inspire Dave to serve. His vision of America is a nation that thrives because of 1) our diversity and 2) our core value to love neighbor. As one committed to a just nation — and world — Dave will champion the causes that are most important to everyday folks of all backgrounds.

Americans want to reclaim their future and this is where I will continue to direct my energy. The American Spirit at its finest is embodied in the Good Samaritan – the one who stops to help those who are hurting. This is the real America, and the America I know and love. I will fight for those who simply show up to make the world a better place, and will challenge those who scapegoat, judge, and demonize others. And by showing up, We the People can focus on the issues that truly matter to Americans.
